He has a long history with the series and his character has been through a lot of changes over the years. What is known about Kakashi is that he was born in the Land of Fire, and he became a ninja from the village of Iga.
Kakashi has always been a loner, preferring to work alone rather than join a team. He was also noted for his Sharingan eye, which allowed him to copy any technique he saw.
