There are a lot of different variations of bingo, but the most popular and well-known is called “classic” bingo. Classic bingo is a game that is played with 52 cards, each with six numbers across the top and a symbol (e.g. two hearts, a cross, etc.) at the bottom.
The game is played by calling out the numbers in order (1-10), and any player who has the corresponding number drawn in their card before anyone else can claim the prize. For example, if someone calls out “5” and somebody else has a “6” drawn in their card, that player would win the prize for that number. The highest number that can be called in classic bingo is 49. So if you want to try your luck at classic bingo and see if you can hit the big number, start by calling out numbers 1-10 and work your way up!.
