Bingo may have been relegated to the past at Foxwoods Resort Casino, but that doesn’t mean it can’t make a comeback.
The casino is currently testing out a new Bingo game called “Bingo Blast.” The game is a variation of Bingo where players are able to choose from different numbers and symbols to compete for prizes.
Foxwoods Resort Casino spokesperson Erik Leijonhufvud told the Connecticut Post that the new game is a way to keep customers engaged and entertained.
“It’s just another way to keep people coming back,” Leijonhufvud said. “We know they’re looking for something different.”
Some players are worried that the new game could take away from the traditional Bingo experience. However, Leijonhufvud said that there is no intention of replacing Bingo with Blast.
He added that players who enjoy playing Bingo can still do so at the casino.
