Bingo is a popular casino game that uses a 52-card deck. There are typically 75 balls in a Bingo game, and each player gets 19 balls.
Players can either draw cards to determine their numbers or they can select numbers from a hat. Players may also choose to “bingo” by drawing all of their balls. .
There are usually three types of Bingo games: regular, bonus, and progressive. In regular Bingo, players pick numbers from 1 to 75 and the first player to get all of their numbers in a row (or column) wins the game.
In bonus Bingo, players earn points for matching certain numbers, and the first player to earn 50 points or more wins the game. Progressive Bingo is like regular Bingo, but the first player to get all of their numbers in a row (or column) plus one earns an extra prize.
According to the National Bingo Association, as of September 2016 there were approximately 128 million people playing Bingo worldwide. In the United States alone, there were an estimated 37 million people playing regular Bingo and 11 million people playing bonus Bingo as of September 2016.
