How Does Fitness Bingo Work?

Fitness bingo is a great way to get in shape and have some fun at the same time. The game is easy to play and can be done in any room in your house.

All you need is some cards and some balls. The game is played like this:.

1) Draw three cards from the deck. They will be your fitness bingo cards.
2) Place the balls in the middle of the playing area.
3) Place one fitness bingo card on each of the balls.

4) Call out a number on your bingo card, and then use that number to help you choose a ball to toss.
5) When you have tossed all of the balls, count them and see which ones have reached your chosen number.
6) If you get a correct answer, you can keep that ball; if not, you can put that ball back in the middle and draw another one.
7) Play continues until one player has all seven balls, at which point they win the game!.
