There is no definitive answer to this question as it remains ambiguous. However, given the amount of evidence that suggests Sakura is indeed in the Bingo Book, it seems very likely that she is. This includes her appearance in several of the sketches and her inclusion in the password list, as well as her interactions with select individuals such as Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha. It’s also worth noting that Sakura was not explicitly mentioned by name in the original document, but was instead labelled as “the girl”.
This could suggest that her inclusion was not intentional, and that she was added later on after the book had been completed. Ultimately, we’ll never know for sure whether Sakura is in the Bingo Book or not, but based on the evidence we do have, it seems very likely that she is.
