What Is a Bingo Workout?

Bingo workouts are a great way to get your heart rate up and work your muscles. Bingo workouts can be done at home with just a few basic items.

You will need a mat, some balls, and a timer.

To begin, set up the mat and place the balls on it. Have someone call out bingo numbers, and when they are called, hit the ball with your hand or foot so that it makes a noise and falls into one of the numbered slots on the mat.

When all the balls have been used, reset the timer for 10 minutes and start again.

The goal of this type of workout is to keep your heart rate high by working your muscles quickly. You can also use this type of workout to help improve your balance and coordination.
