If you are looking to have some fun and learn a bit about the Native American heritage while doing so, then Bingo is the game for you. Bingo can be played in many different ways, from traditional bingo games with physical cards to online versions where you can simply input your numbers.
Regardless of how it is played, the basic rules remain the same.
Each player gets a card with a number on it and rows of numbers across the top. The object of the game is to match numbers on your card with numbers on the cards in front of you, either by drawing them or going automatically (depending on the version).
If you match two numbers, then that number and the number next to it on your card are called out (also called “binged”). Once two numbers are binged, they are unavailable for matching for the rest of the game.
The winner is whoever has all their cards binged at the end of the game. There are variations of Bingo where different sets of numbers (such as movie titles) are used, but the basics remain the same.
In order to play Bingo at Potawatomi, it will typically cost between $5-$10 per game.
