How Do You Do a Fitness Bingo?

A fitness bingo game is a great way to get your family or friends moving. You can make the game simple or complex, depending on your group’s preferences.

To set up a fitness bingo game, you’ll need some sort of bingo board. There are many different options available online or at your local store.

The size and shape of the board doesn’t really matter, as long as it has spaces for everyone to write down their numbers.

To begin the game, everyone in the room drAWS a number from 1-25. The person with number 1 goes first, followed by number 2, and so on.

They then write their numbers down on the appropriate squares on the bingo board.

Once everyone has finished writing down their numbers, it’s time to start playing! Each player takes turns drawing a number from 1-25 and writing it down on the appropriate square on the bingo board. If they match one of the numbers written in that square, they can mark that square off with a cross and play continues to the next player.

If a player doesn’t want to play that particular number, they can choose to pass it along to the next player in line or choose another number to draw from the numbered list. The game continues like this until everyone has played a number or someone decides to stop (usually by hitting the “buzzer” button).

Once everyone has stopped playing, it’s time to tally up the scores! First, count how many squares on the bingo board have been marked off with crosses – this is called your “bingo score”. Then total up all of your individual scores for each number drawn – this is your ” Fitness Bingo total “. The person with the highest Fitness Bingo total wins!.
