A Bingo marker is a little piece of plastic or metal that is used at bingo games to indicate which player has won a particular bingo. Bingo markers are usually round and have a number or letter on them.
When a player wins a bingo, they remove the corresponding bingo marker from the gameboard. The next player then tries to win the bingo using the same numbers or letters as the previous player’s bingo marker.
If the next player also wins the bingo, then the first player’s marker is replaced with the next number or letter on the gameboard, and play continues until someone loses a bingo.
Some games also have “bonus” markers – these are special markers that are used to indicate when someone has won a special prize, such as a free game of bingo.
