When you’re preparing to have a conference call, it can be helpful to have some bingo cards on hand. Conference call bingo is a great way to get everyone in the mood for the call, and to help keep track of what’s being discussed.
To start, print out a few conference call Bingo cards. Each card should have a different activity or topic on it.
For example, one card might have “introduce participants,” while another might list “discuss agenda.” Once you’ve printed out your cards, set them out in advance so that everyone knows what they need to do when the call starts.
When the call begins, each participant should take a turn drawing one of the cards. The person who drAWS the card with the activity or topic on it should begin talking.
As they talk, other participants can check off the box next to the activity or topic on their card. When everyone has finished talking, the next person drawn can start talking, and so on until everyone has had a turn.
At the end of the call, everyone should put their cards away and compare results. You can then use this information to determine which topics were especially interesting or important and which need more attention during future calls.
