Drive in Bingo is a modern variation of the old-fashioned bingo game. The game is played on a large screen in a casino or hall and players buy bingo cards (usually 10 or 20) and mark off the numbers as they appear on the screen. Bingo is played with two balls, one red and one black. When a player chooses a number from 5 to 9, they hit the ball with the red ball, and if the number is correct, they get to keep both balls.
If the player gets a number in any other column, they hit the black ball and lose both balls. Players can also choose to “pass” (instead of hitting) if they don’t want to play that number. The first player to run out of cards loses the game. There are several variations of drive-in bingo including “Double Down Bingo” where players can double their bet by hitting both balls if they get a number in a particular column – this is usually called “Boomerang Bingo.”.
